CORBA is a local, all-volunteer non-profit organization. Memberships funds cover the majority of our annual budget. There is also strength in numbers. Growing membership numbers empower us when dealing with federal, state and local land agencies, governments, and legislators.

Note that IMBA receives $12 of your membership as a membership processing fee, and the rest stays local. If you would like all of your funds to go to CORBA, consider making a tax-deductible donation directly to CORBA on our Donations page. Thank-you for your support!

In April 2011, CORBA became a Chapter of IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association). CORBA was founded in 1987, and in 1988 was one of IMBA's founding clubs. CORBA is the leading advocate for off-road trail access for bicyclists in the greater Los Angeles and Eastern Ventura County areas. Your membership dues support mountain biking recreation programs including Skills Clinics, Trail Crew work parties, and Youth Adventures and our ongoing advocacy efforts. And you also reap the benefits of IMBA membership.

If you plan to contribute more than the basic membership fee, after joining on the IMBA website, please make a separate donation directly to CORBA on our Donate page.  Funds donated on the IMBA website will go to IMBA, not CORBA.
